At PMA Llanfairfechan we have classes available for all members of the family! What class suits you best?

Little Dragons 3-6 year olds

 

The Little Dragon program at PMA Llanfairfechan will have your child chopping, kicking and jumping...for joy! It's a great introduction to Kids Karate and martial arts. We meet for only a 1/2 hour, so it's never too much! But that time will prove invaluable because with each new class, your child will gain co-ordination, balance, concentration, self control, respect skills, a healthy attitude and learn the positive benefits of physical fitness from an early age. Plus it's lots of Fun!!

Juniors karate 7 years +

 

Do you want to give your child an opportunity that will last a lifetime? For your older children, we offer our Kids Karate classes. Our kids martial arts program provides the ideal workout with 45 minutes of heart-pounding fun! Your child will learn all the classic martial arts moves, whilst getting a wealth of character-building benefits that will last a lifetime. We improve school work, respect for parents and teachers, self control, teach kids how to deal with the bully without fighting. Get important lessons on how to handle tough situations and stranger danger! And even more Fun!!


 
Adult + Teen Kickboxing

 

Kickboxing for adults and teens. Our classes cover kickboxing, karate, grappling and fitness. Whether you are looking to get fit, learn to defend yourself or set your goals higher to compete at sparring competitions, At PMA Llanfairfechan we have the perfect class for you! And, if you'd like to have the current Welsh Full Contact Kickboxing champion overseeing your every move, then you owe it to yourself take your Kickboxing classes at PMA Llanfairfechan!
